About Me
Bethanie Black started drawing and illustrating when she was a young child. As she got older, she discovered other mediums and practiced every day of the year. Bethanie's father served 22 years in the Air Force, enabling the family to travel across the US.
She graduated from the University of West Florida with her B.F.A. in Digital Art and has had the opportunity to work at Fortune 500 companies such as Navy Federal Credit Union and Universal Destinations and Experiences.
Bethanie is not only a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) but also brings many years of valuable experience in managing various events, overseeing creative initiatives, and handling high-budget projects with professionalism and dedication.
Where is she now?
Bethanie now works for the American Academy of Optometry in Winter Park, FL creating impactful and engaging designs for the annual meetings, raising awareness of the Academy and its work, and creating innovative collateral for the audience and stakeholders.
