About Me
Bethanie Black started drawing and illustrating when she was a young child. As she got older, she discovered other mediums and practiced every day of the year. Bethanie’s father was in the United States Air Force for 22 years. Being in the military allowed her family to travel around the US. She is the owner of Secret Cat Candles, a speakeasy themed candle business as well as owning a stationary business.

Bethanie enjoys spending time with her cats and her husband, Max Black.
Where is she now?
Bethanie now works in graphic design, illustration, UX Design. She graduated with her BFA in Digital Art from the University of West Florida in 2019. Bethanie currently works as a Graphic Designer at Universal Creative in Orlando, where she creates for the “We Are Creative” campaign, ideates and designs branding identities, and designs Universal Creative’s SharePoint Online page.
